The business is owned and run by Martin Crossley who has over 25 year's retail property experience and was previously an Equity Partner at King Sturge responsible for the London In Town Retail team and also a Director at JLL.

We have worked on major leasing, development and consulting projects in the UK and Europe, advising many of the UK's leading property owners and retailers. We also have an extensive track record of successfully advising many Local Authorities on retail projects.
