• Harlow - planned extension to Harvey Centre
• Galleria - repositioning as an Outlet Centre
• Marlow - Secured possession of existing Waitrose store for Ignis and redeveloped the site to create a new 30,000ft2 Sainsburys. Achieved a 70% rental increase.
• Redhill - Advised Aviva on redevelopment of a town centre site to provide a new 150,000ft2 Sainsburys. Deal included negotiations with the Council to regear the headlease and provide a new hotel and leisure space.
